Quad Seal
The Spadix Technologies Quad Seal I.G. Sealing System is a fully automated system capable of sealing up to 1200 units per 8-hour shift.
Automatic size detection, no operator input required. Can be operated as a stand-alone unit. The machine is designed to apply a hot or cold sealant to dual or triple glaze flexible spacer units as well as apply a secondary seal to dual or triple glaze metal spacer bar units. Unique design ensures no cold joints in any corner. Our standard 1.6 meter system will seal I.G. units from 8'' x 14'' to 63'' x 102'' and air spacer sizes from 3/16'' to 1''.
Capable of sealing a 24'' x 36'' x 1/2'' air spacer in 20 seconds.
Comes complete with our STE-55, 55-gallon hot melt pump.
